PRODUCT PERSONALISATION POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PERSONALISATION OF OFFICIAL KIT SHIRTS
ADD A NAME & NUMBER (RRP £15)
- 20 Character Limit (2 numbers and 18 letter).
- 5-10 working days delivery. This includes any Express delivery available.
- Personalisation print will be applied to back of shirt.
- Oxen Sports prints maybe used for shirt personalisation.
- Print will be either black or white and chosen by Oxen Sports.
- Available on selected products only.
- Oxen Sports reserve the right to refuse any personalisation that is deemed inappropriate.
PERSONALISATION OF OFFICIAL KIT SHIRTS
Oxen Sports can add replica kit personalisation on selected partner team replica shirts when purchased online.
If ordering a personalised shirt, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. This also includes anybody choosing express delivery options.
Replica kit can be personalised at the time of purchase using our on-site kit builder functionality.
We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If an order for offensive or abusive personalisation is placed online, an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.
The options of personalisation available include;
Up to 12 characters and 2 numbers
- Player Name and Squad Number (£15.00)
- Custom Name and Number (£15.00)
All name printing on 2025/26 (Football) and 2026 (Rugby League) replica shirts will be applied straight.
PLAYER NAME PRINTING
We will not offer any player names or numbers on shirts until the official squad list has been confirmed by our partner club for the relevant season. This usually takes place in July before the season starts. Ahead of this time we will only print any custom name and number requests.
Oxen Sports cannot accept liability for any changes to player’s names and squad numbers due to a player transfer, deciding to change number, or, leave the club.
PRINTING
We are unable to refund or exchange a personalised product once it has been printed with either a player's name and number or a custom name and number.
This still applies in the event of a player leaving the club and/or changing his squad number. There are strictly no exceptions to this policy.
Oxen Sports will not be held responsible for the length of time a player is at the club following personalisation of products. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the product is deemed faulty.
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary across seasonal replica kits, especially when the team moves from an alternative brand partner to Oxen Sports. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item.
Please note that while the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 characters, this is dependent upon the size of shirt. Not all sizes will accommodate 12 characters. If this is the case a staff member will contact you to discuss your choices and, if necessary, request an alternative.
CREASING
If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have ordered this item online, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag, if bought in store.
This creasing can easily be resolved by following these instructions;
- Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm (not hot) iron.
- Please do not iron directly onto the personalisation.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Please leave 24 hours before washing a printed shirt and wash inside out.
In order to maintain the appearance and avoid any issues after laundering your shirt, please ensure you follow the washing instructions shown on the care label on the inside of the shirt.
- Machine wash at 40 degrees celsius
- Cool iron only (Do not iron any printed sponsors, crest, manufacturers logo, sleeve badge or personalisation directly)
- Do not dry clean
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
