Norths Devils RLFC is excited to announce a new three-year partnership with Oxen Sports, which will make them the club's official boot supplier until the end of 2027.

This agreement makes Norths one of the only clubs in Queensland’s statewide competitions with an official sports boot sponsor. Oxen boots are built for rugby league. With the right grip, durability, and a comfort-focused fit, they hold up under pressure and help players move with confidence. They’re designed to do the job properly so our athletes can focus on theirs.

In 2025, seven Devils players will take on roles as official Oxen Ambassadors, with five from the Hostplus Cup squad and two from the BMD Premiership team.

Oxen is making strong strides into the Australian market, quickly becoming a favourite among rugby league players. Oxen’s latest rugby footwear is engineered with performance at its core, offering a wide fit, structured support, and enhanced durability to meet the physical demands of the game. Every element is designed to promote comfort, stability, and injury prevention while maintaining a lightweight feel that keeps players agile on the field.

“This partnership makes sense,” said Norths Devils CEO Troy Rovelli. “Oxen has a boot designed specifically for rugby. We know Oxen want to get into the Australian market and we’re expecting them to do really well here. Rugby League is growing, and it makes sense to have a partner that wants to grow with it."

The deal reflects both organisations’ shared commitment to supporting athletes at all levels of the game, from grassroots and statewide competitions to the NRL and NRLW, while giving players access to boots that genuinely suit their needs.

“We’re genuinely thrilled to be partnering with such a great club like Norths,” said Lee Jenkinson, CEO of Oxen.

“I’ve spent some time at Bishop Park during my time in Australia, so I know just how much this club means to the local community. It’s a special place, and we’re really proud to now be a part of it. I also want to say a big thank you to Troy Rovelli for his support in getting this partnership off the ground. We’re looking forward to building something long-term with Norths and supporting their players every step of the way.”

In 2025, expect to see the Oxen logo and signature boots prominently featured across Bishop Park and beyond.
