TIMESCALES
All delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 1-2 working days from the time of your order being placed to allow for picking, packing and despatch from our warehouse.
Any order placed after 9:00am on Friday will be processed & dispatched from the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days therefore orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on these days.
Please allow at least 7 working days before contacting our customer services team.
Exceptions:
- Any order requiring personalisation will be despatched within 5-10 working days via your chosen delivery method.
- Any order which requires any additional work will, the estimated delivery timescale will be included on the product page and may be subject to change without notice.
- With pre-ordered product launches; the estimated delivery timescale is from when the product is delivered into our warehouse. The expected intake delivery will be detailed within the product details page.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please note that international deliveries may be unavailable for text notifications and that courier services may be transferred to a third-party company depending on location and therefore will not be available for a continued tracking service.
Please be aware of any import taxes in your destination country. Elite Pro Sports Ltd is not responsible for any additional charges.
BRITISH FORCES PO DELIVERY
Postcode entry for all BFPO locations must start with BF1 or BF2 prefix ( e.g. BF1 2AT ). Failure to do so will result in a delay of delivery.

BULK VOLUME PURCHASING
Buyers wishing to purchase bulk volumes of products should contact us prior to placing these orders directly online to ensure these are not held or rejected. While we are happy to accommodate bulk sales, we will need to agree and ascertain the correct freight service and shipping costs for your order.
Without this prior agreement, your order will be held until direct contact can be made.
