Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OXEN Sports website and to purchases made through our website.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Oxen Sports Ltd
Registered in England
Company number: 11099209
Registered office: Unit 5, Warmsworth Halt, Doncaster, DN4 9FE
Email: customerservices@oxensports.com
In these Terms & Conditions, references to "OXEN", "OXEN Sports", "we", "us" or "our" mean Oxen Sports Ltd.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not misuse our website, knowingly introduce viruses or other harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or use automated systems, scraping, data-mining or similar technologies to extract content or data without our permission.
We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of our website without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your Information and Account
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us when placing an order or creating an account is accurate and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
Please notify us as soon as possible if any information relating to an order is incorrect.
Providing incorrect information may affect our ability to process or deliver an order, but does not automatically remove any statutory rights you may have.
You do not need to create an account unless the website specifically states otherwise.
4. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and photography. Packaging and minor product details may also change from time to time.
Where measurements or sizing information is provided, this is intended as a guide unless otherwise stated.
Product availability is subject to change.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Unless we tell you otherwise, the contract between you and OXEN is formed when we dispatch your order.
If an order contains multiple products dispatched separately, a contract may be formed for each product when that product is dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- we are unable to authorise payment;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- delivery restrictions prevent us fulfilling the order;
- the order breaches purchasing restrictions displayed on our website;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity; or
- we reasonably believe an order is being placed for unauthorised resale or other commercial purposes.
If we cannot accept an order and payment has already been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not necessarily reserve that product.
Occasionally, stock information may be incorrect or several customers may attempt to purchase the same item at approximately the same time.
If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on the website will be shown in the applicable currency and will include UK VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders we have already accepted.
Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.
If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment made.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied with your order.
Payment may be authorised or taken when you place your order depending on the payment method used.
If a payment is declined, reversed or otherwise not successfully completed, we are not required to dispatch the order.
9. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date with you.
We will deliver goods without undue delay and, unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, within 30 days of the contract being entered into.
During particularly busy periods, product launches, promotions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may take longer than our usual estimates.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory right you may have to cancel an order or obtain a refund because of late delivery.
Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, or because delivery was refused or not collected, the parcel may be returned to us.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before sending the order again.
10. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.
If you arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us as a delivery option, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are delivered to that carrier, as provided by applicable law.
Ownership of products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
11. International Orders
We may deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom where international delivery is offered at checkout.
Taxes, customs duties, import charges and other charges may apply depending on the destination country and the delivery service selected.
Where duties and taxes are not collected by us at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them directly to the relevant authority or delivery carrier.
We do not control charges imposed by overseas customs authorities.
If a recipient refuses to pay applicable import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct from any refund reasonable costs charged to us in connection with the return, where permitted by law.
International payments may also be subject to currency conversion rates or fees applied by your bank, card provider or payment provider. We do not control those charges.
Any tax treatment displayed at checkout will depend upon the destination and circumstances of the order.
12. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most products purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to change their mind and cancel the contract.
Unless an exception applies, you have 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
Where a single order is delivered in separate deliveries, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after you receive the last relevant item.
You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact:
customerservices@oxensports.com
You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you do not have to do so. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
13. Returning Goods After Cancellation
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Unless the product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise stated in our Returns Policy, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.
You must take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
You may inspect products in the same way that you reasonably could in a shop. We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for return instructions.
14. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the returned products.
We will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method where required by law.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method, such as an express service, we are not required to refund the difference between that service and our standard delivery charge.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
15. Personalised and Customised Products
The statutory right to change your mind does not generally apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This may include, for example, products personalised with a name, number, initials, custom print, badge or other customer-selected personalisation.
Once we have started producing a personalised product, we may therefore be unable to change or cancel the order.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a personalised product is faulty, not as described, incorrectly personalised by us or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Please check all names, numbers, spelling, sizes and other personalisation information carefully before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors in personalisation information supplied by you, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract.
Products must, where applicable, be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for their usual purpose and any particular purpose made known to us where the law requires;
- as described; and
- otherwise compliant with your statutory rights.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product, please contact customerservices@oxensports.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.
17. Pre-Orders
Products described as pre-orders are products expected to become available at a future date.
Any release or delivery date displayed for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment may be taken when the pre-order is placed.
Estimated availability dates may change because of manufacturing, transport, supplier or other circumstances.
If there is a significant delay, we may contact you with an updated estimate. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
Unless otherwise stated, if you order available products together with a pre-order product, we may wait until all products are available before dispatching the order.
18. Promotions, Discount Codes and Offers
Promotions, discount codes and offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed when the promotion is advertised.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional codes must be entered during checkout;
- promotional codes cannot be retrospectively applied to completed orders;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions cannot be combined with another offer;
- selected products or collections may be excluded;
- minimum spend requirements may apply;
- promotional codes have no cash value; and
- promotions are available only during the advertised promotional period.
We may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted under that promotion unless there has been fraud, abuse or an obvious error.
OXEN Percentage Discount Codes
Any promotional code offering a percentage discount on OXEN Sports products is valid only against eligible products included in our OXEN Discountable collection at the time the order is placed.
Eligible products can be viewed at:
https://oxensports.com/collections/oxen-discountable
Products that are not included in this collection are excluded from the percentage discount, even where they are OXEN-branded products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an OXEN percentage discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, discount or offer.
Product eligibility may change from time to time. Eligibility for the discount is determined by whether the product is included in the OXEN Discountable collection at the time the order is placed.
Multi-Buy and Free-Gift Promotions
Where a discount or free product depends upon purchasing or retaining other products, returning part of the qualifying purchase may mean that you no longer satisfy the promotion.
Where permitted by law, your refund may therefore be adjusted to reflect the price that would have applied to the products you keep if the promotional conditions were no longer satisfied.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
19. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Where gift cards or store credit are offered, additional terms may be displayed when they are issued.
Gift cards and store credit:
- cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- may be restricted to eligible products, collections, markets or customers where clearly stated;
- cannot be used beyond any applicable balance; and
- may be subject to reasonable fraud-prevention measures.
Any expiry date or material restriction will be communicated where applicable.
Where a refund relates to an order paid wholly or partly using gift card or store credit, the relevant portion may be refunded to the original gift card, store-credit balance or equivalent payment method, subject to your statutory rights.
20. Returns Policy
Our separate Returns Policy explains the practical process for returning products.
The Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
If there is any conflict between our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights, your statutory rights will apply.
21. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, product imagery, designs, logos, trade marks, video, software and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Oxen Sports Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder.
Third-party names, club crests, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property displayed on products or the website remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or other applicable permission where required.
22. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to us or through functionality provided on our website, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
Where appropriate to the service through which the content is submitted, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the operation and promotion of our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
23. Privacy
We take the protection of personal information seriously.
Information about how we collect, use and protect personal data is contained in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our applicable cookie information or policy.
24. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that we endorse those websites.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability or their content.
25. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer where the products were purchased wholly or mainly for personal use, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you use products for commercial or business purposes, different rights and limitations may apply.
26. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, transport disruption, failure of telecommunications or payment networks, governmental action, epidemics, pandemics or significant supplier disruption.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights, including rights relating to significantly delayed delivery, are not affected.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force when you place your order.
Changes made after your order has been accepted will not retrospectively alter your contract unless required by law or agreed with you.
28. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact:
customerservices@oxensports.com
Please include your order number where applicable so that we can investigate the matter.
We will aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
29. General
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to give rights to any person other than you and Oxen Sports Ltd, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and us relating to your purchase.
30. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and contracts between you and Oxen Sports Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live and may have rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
